Technical training program for our Channel Partners kicks off
Today marks Day 1 of our first-ever formal technical training program for our valued channel partners! This intensive 3-day Level 1 training session at WPS US HQ, welcomes 14 attendees from 8 channel partners across the US.
Over the next few days, they’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our products and develop strong technical expertise. Successfully completing this Level 1 program is the first step towards achieving Level 2 certification later this year, further empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service.
