The new, worldwide measures against the spread of the Covid-19 virus are forcing us to think and act differently. Normal things are no longer self-evident and we have to solve them in a different way. What not has changed is that we continue to commit ourselves 100% to our customers.
In the way we do this, the health and wellbeing of our employees, their families and that of our relations is paramount. For example, all colleagues in Europe and North-Amercia work from their home or in shifts to be at our customers’ service. Of course, with the resources that they also have at their disposal at the office.
For the different departments:
Production, repair & warehouse
The production of our parking systems continues in a normal manner and according to schedule. We do not experience any delivery problems as a result of the crisis. This does not jeopardize the implementation of current projects. Our stocks are up to standard and deliveries to customers take place normally.
Service & support
Our customer support can be reached in the normal ways and at the times you are used to. The performance of our service activities on site is progressing according to plan. We also continue to work fully on installing our parking projects.
The sales department is available from home to provide you with advice or to answer your quote request. We prefer to handle appointments that can also be done remotely by telephone or Skype call. It is of course also possible to schedule a meeting at a later date. However, an on-site visit by one of our Business Development Managers remains possible.
During visits or work on-site, we strictly adhere to the guidelines and regulations of the WHO and government. By keeping appropriate distance or having meetings with more than two people in spacious meeting rooms, we reduce the chances of spreading.
In this exceptional situation, it may take a little longer before you get to speak to the right person. Response times may be longer than you are used to from us. We ask you for your understanding. We would also like to express our appreciation to everyone who is committed to our society, including our own employees who together ensure that we can remain at your service.
